x3Web AI is a software factory operated by x3 Labs. Use of any x3web.ai surface ("the Service") is governed by these terms.
You must be 18+ and not a resident of a jurisdiction where this software is prohibited. You're responsible for your own compliance — sanctions, taxes, securities laws.
Sites, bots, agents, and other artifacts you generate are your property. We do not retain a license over your output. You alone are responsible for what you publish or deploy.
We provide the Service "as is." We strive for high uptime but make no guarantee. Scheduled maintenance is announced via @x3Web_AI.
We may suspend access for clear violations. You may stop using the Service at any time — nothing is locked.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, x3 Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco unless prohibited by your local law.
Minimum viable: wallet address, prompts you submit, generation metadata (timestamps, vibe pack used), and basic analytics (page, country, referrer). We do not collect names, emails, or KYC unless you opt in for press/grant contact.
To operate the Service, debug, abuse-detect, and improve generation quality. Aggregated, anonymized metrics may be shared publicly (e.g. "X sites generated this week").
OpenRouter (model inference), Vercel (hosting), Helius (RPC), Cloudflare (DDoS). All under DPAs.
GDPR / CCPA: request access, deletion, or export anytime via privacy@x3web.ai. Wallet-tied data deletable on request.
First-party session cookie only. No third-party trackers. No ad pixels.
Nothing on this site, in our docs, or generated by our tools is investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading bots execute strategies you select; you bear the risk and the return.
